Meghan Whitworth finds passion and purpose planting seeds of possibility and abundant thinking, shining light on the brilliance of others, and igniting wonder. She believes leadership is the dance of attunement, offering the gifts of grace, gratitude, and love to those she serves.

Early Childhood has been her field of study for 23 years and growing. She began her career at Youth In Need, a Head Start/Early Head Start grantee, as a preschool teacher and has held many positions along the pathway to her current role at LUME Institute.

Meghan resides just outside of St. Louis, MO with her husband Steve, two sons Aidan & Cooper, and sweet pup Penny. You will find her cultivating her resilience by hanging out on the patio, discussing new ideas with friends & family, baking, bowling, and cheering her son on at sporting events.
